We are continuesly working on an assortment that meets all the strict standards required of a high quality, commercially viable rose variety. The nursery where all breeding activities take place is located in Klazienaveen (Netherlands).
Cross-fertilization along with first and second selections are performed in the modern, 5000 m2, greenhouse. Hundreds of different cultivars have been planted, in this greenhouse, which serve as gene bank. Yearly a resulting 200 seedlings remain to be propagated for further investigation. From this moment on in the process, selection is carried out at the testing and showing site in Africa.
This video gives an overview of the breeding location in Klazienaveen and the breeding activities.
